I have 3 children with RESPs with your company. I emailed a month ago that I am disabled and no one responds. I understand from years ago (7 years ago) that my disability wasn’t long enough to qualify that I don’t have to pay my premiums yet you took $11 for disability premiums? I work in insurance and I’m currently on long term disability and on CPP…does that finally qualify that I don’t have to continue my premium??
