Hello. I am a university student in 3rd year, and so far, my parents had dealt with my Knowledge First savings plan. Today, since they were busy, I decided to try to find out about my savings plan myself. I managed to login, but on my personal account, it only tells me that the two plans I had are under status \\\”EAP Forfeited\\\” Would someone be able to tell me exactly what this means, and if this leans to an inability to access investments, how would I be able to regain access to them?
